FROM THE ED’S DESK
On assuming office as
Executive Director of BMTPC, it is a great pleasure for me to extend warm
greetings to all employees of the Council and their families.
I must share with you
that having worked for 10 years in contribution to the build up of this
unique organization and now as its head, evokes nostalgia and places the
onus of steering BMTPC in this crucial time.
It is imperative that
while we build on the success stories of the past, we re-orient our
approach so as to tread on the road ahead, with grit and determination and
build up a high quality, professional and self-reliant organization with
tangible societal benefits, and in the service of the housing and building
sector.
This calls for a high
degree of professionalism, cohesive teamwork, high level of commitment,
selfless approach, clarity of objectives and the determination to achieve
organizational goals. I am sure you will contribute your might for the
success and well being of BMTPC. I am confident, I will have all your
co-operation and unstinted support in achieving this onerous task.
I must particularly
stress that all employees should lay great emphasis on discipline,
punctuality, personal integrity, and professional ethics. These issues are
non-negotiable.
Once again, I extend
my good wishes to all of you and I am confident that we will work together
to bring prosperity and contribute whole heartedly for building a strong
and vibrant BMTPC.
