This has reference to the Bid No. BMT/S/2026/DHP-Chhattisgarh for Construction of Demonstration Housing Project (G+2) for use as Night Shelters on Design & Build basis using Emerging Technology Including on site Infrastructure Works at Ratanpur, Chhattisgarh under PMAY-U 2.0 - reg.
2. Now, the last date of submission of Technical and Financial bids is hereby extended from 19th May, 2026 by 1500 hrs to 26th May, 2026 by 1700 hrs on the basis of requests from various prospective bidders. The technical bids will now be opened on 28st May, 2026 at 1130 hrs instead of 21st May, 2026 at 1500 hrs. Therefore, all the participating bidders are requested to upload their bids within the extended stipulated time period.
3. All other terms and conditions will be the same as mentioned in the Bid document uploaded on CPP Portal dated 27th April, 2026.
