BMTPC and NAREDCO meeting on 22.5.2026

Shri Arvind Kumar, Executive Director, BMTPC had a meeting with Ms. Preeti Singh, Additional Director General, NAREDCO and Mr. Lavin Kumar, Sr Manager, NAREDCO on 22.5.2026. The meeting was also attended by other senior officers from BMTPC.

The meeting focused primarily towards a strategic partnership between BMTPC and NAREDCO for conducting targeted capacity building programs to scale up promotion of innovative construction technologies and building materials. Discussions were also held to collectively work towards the thermal comfort for occupants in high-rise buildings reducing peak cooling loads and carbon footprints using cutting-edge materials and passive design.

The partnership aims to equip the real estate sector with advanced, climate-responsive building systems for speedier, eco-friendly development.
