Signing of Contract Agreement for DHP at Alwar, Rajasthan 

The Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA) has sanctioned a Demonstration Housing Project (DHP) at Alwar, Rajasthan under PMAY-U 2.0, promoting the adoption of innovative and emerging construction technologies.

A contract agreement was signed by BMTPC with M/s PSP Dynamics Ltd., Alwar on June 1, 2026 for construction of 40 housing units along with associated amenities using Stay-in-Place PVC Wall Form Technology.

The PVC-based polymer components serve as permanent stay-in-place formwork for concrete walls. This system functions as a pre-finished wall solution, eliminating the need for plaster and enabling faster construction. As part of the project, wall panels will be erected with technical support from experts from Australia. The construction is likely to start shortly.

The project will serve multiple social purposes while demonstrating modern, efficient and sustainable housing construction techniques.
